Day 24: 365 Daily Project - Being Green

First I have to say "Happy Groundhog Day!!"  This is my favorite day of the year.  I have always loved this day since I was a little girl.  And it is so exciting that Phil didn't see his shadow so it will be an early Spring!

Today's project is to do something green. I grabbed my green pens and had Bales on my mind and drew the rice shapes in a star pattern.  Some eye-balled Tipple and a quick bit of green pencil shading and the Bijou tile for today is done.  See you tomorrow.

Day 23: 365 Daily Project - Recycle

Today the suggestion of recycle led me straight to the recycle symbol for my string. After a long day of work and teaching a Zentangle class keeping today's project simple was the way to go with some poke root, a few flowers and some grey tipple in the background.  

Day 22: 365 Daily Project - A Bridge

Tangles: Umble, Tipple

Today's suggestion to create a bridge instantly made me think of  the tangle Umble.  It is one I really love the look of but don't use very often. I chose a monotangle approach with some Tipple in the background and some simple lines as a border to  keep the focus on the Umble.  Pretty happy with this one so week 4 is starting off well.  See you tomorrow!
