Challenge 101: UMT Phicops

The first challenge from the Diva this year was awesomely fun!  I love the new tangle Phicops.  I thought it would be hard at first but it was pretty easy and really is a beautiful tangle.  I will definitely be using this one a lot.

Project: Framed Zentangles

Leaving the holidays behind...plenty of time to craft and tangle ahead.  My first completed project of 2013 is this framed set of zentangles.  I had purchased the frame at Goodwill a long, long time ago and finally got around to sanding and repainting it.  I love this finish and I did it completely by accident.  The color is my current favorite and I happened to have a finished zentangle with a colored string sitting on my desk and I just knew they belonged together.  I have a few more projects in the works and will share them as I complete them.

Challenge 100: Diva Dance

All caught up!  Yay!  Diva Dance is a great new tangle from Rick and Maria in honor of the Diva's 100th Challenge.  I decided to try the rock and roll version with the spirals and it was a lot of fun.  I definitely plan on using this one again.
