Today brings us under the microscope - I really didn't see how I could draw something microscopic like those people that write names on a grain of rice. Even with my glasses I feel like I still have a hard time seeing so I decided to create a tile that looked like all the fun stuff you can see when you do look through a microscope. I did pull out my Ernst Haeckel book Art Forms In Nature for some inspiration. I LOVE this book - it is so full of beautiful illustrations and if you haven't seen it you must check it out!
